Very good location, clean and all essentials provided
The hotel was generally good, but there were a few issues. The staff at the reception were friendly, but no one helped us with our luggage, which was challenging for our family with many bags. Although the lady at the front desk tried to assist us, it would have been helpful to have additional support. Regarding the breakfast, there was a lack of variety. Over the four days I stayed, the dishes offered were almost identical. Additionally, the service in the restaurant left something to be desired. The lady serving was quite rude, responding loudly to even minor questions. We specifically requested a room with a view, but unfortunately, we did not receive it. In terms of location, there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a halal restaurant nearby. However, the hotel is located quite far from the city center.
