Stay Alfred at Drayton Tower

Room was really clean and cute for the weekend! There is a lot of noise at night but you have to expect that when staying in the bustle of downtown, and it was kind of them to supply eye masks and ear plugs. The building felt safe because you need an access code/key card to get inside and there was a security guard stationed all night. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had two rooms booked for our family trip. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean as well the kitchen was stocked with items to cook and clean. The living area had stained carpet and holes in the couch which was just unexceptionable. No TV in one of the bedrooms which was a big problem. Tile in the shower was popping off. The elevators were gross...smelly! We didn’t bother call the local person because it would have been a hassle. I really wanted to like Stay Alfred.....the staff on the phone when booking were amazing and helped out booking our trip. Please Stay Alfred fix these issues. It appeared you had many rooms in this building...spoke with a few people and they too said they booked your rooms. I hope the investors see this review and walk through this property and get it up to standards. Beds are like a Marriott, the living space is like a Best Western and I wanted Stay Alfred to be like A Loft!

I love staying in an apartment while on vacation, but please install drapes! This is what it looks like in the room at night! I walked to the corner and had someone turn on the lamp in the room! Those thin shades are too thin! I could see the person easily! I'm not even going to discuss the bathroom. I'll say this much it was clean. Also a small chair in each bedroom would be nice. The heating system is so loud that you can't even hear to talk while it's on! I do not think that I will ever have another Stay Alfred experience! Once was definitely enough!
