Stay Apartment Hotel

First time visiting this location, booked by travel agent for worktrip. Was greeted with a locked door and a phonenumber. Very friendly person gave me a code to access the main door. And I was given a roomnumber. The room I got (408) was very spacious and has a stocked pantry with bread, juice and a ingredients for a good basic breakfast. It was left unlocked with a key on a table. Nice and comfy bed and linnen. Good size bathroom. Thin walls in this room and slamming of doors transferred through building. But fully acceptable for business trip. Very close to restaurants, communication and shops. I just wish to get the code and roomnumber before standing outside. This may vary depending on how you book this hotel. Check in 14:00 and check out 11:00. Will stay here again in future.

I stayed in the "small villa" due to no availability of hotel rooms. The house is ok, not very luxurious. I had issues opening the gate to enter the house. The house is nicely located near the city centre and has a nice grass garden. The shower had warm water for a maximum of 5 minutes, just enough to take a shower. It was nicely clean and the staff of the hotel was very helpful when I had questions.

The Stay hotel is not a good stay for an international traveler. This is more of a bed and breakfast (without the breakfast) than a hotel. Their WiFi is extremely spotty making it tough to do work. The location is in a pedestrian zone and you’ll have to park in parking garage on a different street. The receipt doesn’t look like other hotel receipts and has caused issues with commercial reimbursements. The rooms get cleaned once a week. The prices are very low though, and the staff is friendly.
