Stay Collection Chiangmai

Loved this hotel. I found this hotel after checking out of a hotel near by that claimed tobe a 5 star hotel! The staff at the front desk as well as the manager was great! They immediately let me check, offered to show me a room first and helped take my bags to the room. Upon checking out the staff helped take all my bags down and put them in the car for me. The shower was amazing, I was in the Southern Thailand and the showers did not get hot when I got to Chiang Mai this hotel had the hottest shower! The rooms were clean as well as they have a smart tv. Everything is close by walking distance such as shops, malls, cafes etc. Loved this place and would stay here again!!

Great value for the hotel. Always clean, always helpful. Stayed here many times since its opening. Amazing front desk manager, Poopae, fantastic character every time I visit. Remembers her guests so well. Her attention to detail is comparable with well trained staffs from premium hotel brands. Always my preferred choice of hotel whenever I visit Chiang Mai every few months. Keep up the great work

We really enjoyed our stay here! I was traveling with my wife and kids and initially staying in a different area of the city. We wanted to move to the Nimman area, and that’s when I met Meen. Meen was incredibly helpful — she took the time to show us the room in advance to make sure it met our needs. We decided to move the next day, but the hotel website was experiencing issues and I couldn’t complete the reservation online. I reached out to Meen, and she not only helped secure the booking but also arranged connecting rooms, which was a huge plus for our family. We honestly weren’t expecting this level of service. Meen went above and beyond to accommodate us, and throughout our stay, she regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. Thank you, Meen, for your kindness and outstanding support. You made our stay truly memorable.
