Owner is really nice and understanding. The amenities are of really high quality products. From the bed sheet, to the shower amenities, everything is luxurious. Move-in and Check-out has no problems. Our group made some damages accidentally in the airbnb and the owner was very nice and professional in handling it, we eventually paid for the damages. Just be mindful that this is an old house that was renovated into a modern one but everything is of really high quality. Also, you will be living with some people in the basement which while give parasite vibes. Price here is a bit on the high side but its location is not bad. Airbnb states that it is 5 mins walk from subway station but it really is 15 mins normal speed walk. if you walk fast it can be 7 mins walk. If the place is within your budget, do not hesitate to book this airbnb.

It was nice to see such a wonderful hotel near Hongdae. After having a great time with friends in Hongdae, I enjoyed a delicious charcoal barbecue and beer with friends at a quiet accommodation 5 minutes away. It was the best. The accommodation was renovated from a mansion, so it had a traditional Hanok feel, with Korean paper wallpaper, traditional window frames, and oriental painting murals, so foreigners seemed to like it, and the bedding and goose blankets in each room seemed to be of the highest quality, better than a 5-star hotel. The pleasure of having a fun barbecue party on the 2nd floor terrace space and watching the latest movies on the beam projector in the 2nd floor living room... I really enjoyed it. Gathering in groups of three and five in the garden and next to a small pond and chatting with friends we hadn't seen in a long time was also a happy memory. The host guided me very kindly, so I felt even better haha. I highly recommend you visit with your friends. I don't think you'll ever regret it.
