They were very helpful and helped me when I arrived in Lisbon and wasn’t feeling well. They let me check in early so I could lay down. Excellent location. Clean.
Room is relatively small especially the shower cabin is really not for big guys. But overall it’s clean and tidy. Absolutely fine for the night stay, but nothing special. Breakfast is really not to recommend. Low variety and it rarely gets re-filled, so we have to wait for the basics (scrambled eggs, coffee, milk, etc.) always. Would recommend to book without breakfast and rather visit the cute small cafes that are numerous in the close area (>10 cafes in 50m range)
Location is amazing staff is friendly other than that it’s The worst hotel we have ever been. No safety box in room you have to use the one in the reception front desk. Lost my accessories from the room although we haven’t ask for the room to be cleaned once. Flies everywhere even on top of the fruit for breakfast. Poor breakfast buffet with cold coffee and stinky plates and cutlery.
