Great place to stay, really clean, spacious, and comfortable facilities, very close to the city centre too (5 minute walk away from shops, restaurants etc, a 10 minute walk to Buchanan Galleries and bus station). Really friendly and helpful receptionist and an overall welcoming atmosphere. Handy washing machine, fridge, and cutlery/plates/cups etc. Complimentary free Wi-Fi, tea bags, and shampoo/body wash was also a great bonus. Super quiet as well, had great fun with friends celebrating my birthday. Would definitely stay again.

Good value, very spacious apartment at the same rates as hotel rooms locally. Was as clean, comfortable and well presented as a hotel room too. Would stay again. Only slight negative is the location as it’s not the nicest place around central station. A lot of rough looking characters. Apartment was ground floor too although it wasn’t too noisy.

I can’t comment on the state of the rooms as we never got to see them. We arrived on a busy day in Glasgow due to the Killers and Green Day concerts. Having booked two apartments 6 months before our stay, we arrived on Tuesday to be told they had no record of our booking despite us having a corresponding booking reference and a member of our party talking to the reception the day before to organise early check in. No effort was made to help us and we were left stranded with nowhere to sleep. Every hotel in Glasgow was fully booked and we ended up having to book a hotel out near Prestwick airport. The staff didn’t seem to care that this was their fault and just repeatedly said there was nothing they could do. Refused any form of compensation for the issue. Avoid this place. Suspect they have realised how busy Glasgow was on that date and sold our booking at a higher rate.
