I had an incredible stay at Stay Wellbeing and Lifestyle Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to offer helpful local tips that made exploring the area so much easier. The rooms were absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean with beautiful natural lighting that made each morning feel serene and refreshing. Every meal I had was fabulous, with fresh, flavourful ingredients that truly stood out. A highlight of my stay was the massage at La Spa Stay with Vivian—her hands are magical, and her calm, caring communication created such a soothing experience. She has a beautiful, peaceful aura that made the whole session feel healing. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to return.

I previously left a critical review during the initial part of my stay. I’m happy to say the team at Stay Wellbeing Resort took it seriously. The manager at the front desk, Tidyty, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She remembered who I was, the details of my trip, and made sure the team had the opportunity to address any concerns. Thanks to their outstanding service, I’ve extended my stay twice — and even had my parents visit and stay here, and they absolutely loved it. The gym is still best-in-class, and now the overall experience matches it. Thank you again!

We had high hopes for our retreat stay, but unfortunately the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. The location was peaceful and the rooms were decent—simple but comfortable. However, the service was disappointing. Communication was poor, and the staff lacked attentiveness and professionalism. As frequent travelers, we’ve experienced many retreats and hospitality standards around the world, and sadly, this one fell short. At this stage, we wouldn’t return to this facility again. We hope the team takes feedback seriously and works to improve the overall experience for future guests
