Great location with excellent service! This accommodation is conveniently located near One Nimman within walking distance to many restaurants and most importantly close to a 7-Eleven. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially the front desk team. I would like to give special thanks to Khun Beer. She truly has a heart for service. Her warm hospitality, helpful recommendations on places to visit, and great local food suggestions made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Great service and overall a pleasant stay We had a nice stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — we encountered a minor issue with our room, but the receptionist handled it quickly and professionally. There is also a tour desk located by the reception, where a very helpful staff member arranged a great elephant tour for us. It felt authentic and not overly touristy, which we really appreciated. There is room for improvement when it comes to the gym and the breakfast. The gym is quite limited in size, and the free weights only go up to 10 kg. The breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety, and an egg station would be a welcome addition. All in all, a good experience with friendly staff and solid service.
5-Star Review: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! After reading some mixed reviews, we were pleasantly surprised—our room was in excellent condition, with no need for renovation, no mould, and no signs of wear and tear. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We mainly interacted with the breakfast team (Nana and Nat), who were lovely, and the café staff in the afternoon, who were equally sweet. Housekeeping was also great—very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, just like in the videos, with plenty of variety. The ambience downstairs was really nice, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location is also a big plus—close to Nimman, with lots of shops nearby. Bonus points for being pram-friendly! A great stay overall, and we’d definitely return.
