Staybridge Suites Al Khobar City by IHG

During my recent business trip to Dammam, I had the pleasure of staying at the IHG Staybridge Suites, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The hotel's location was ideal, situated conveniently close to both my meetings and local attractions. I appreciated the onsite parking, which made it easy for me to come and go without any hassle. One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary breakfast included in my booking. Every morning, I was greeted by a delightful spread that catered to a variety of tastes, from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty cooked options. It was a great way to start my day before heading out for business. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks served in the lobby at 6:00 p.m. each evening. It provided a nice opportunity to unwind and mingle with other guests after a long day of meetings. And the free coffee available throughout the day was a lifesaver; I found myself enjoying a warm cup while catching up on emails in the cozy lobby area. A special mention goes to Norah, the reception staff member who checked me in and out. Her warm smile and welcoming demeanor made a significant impact on my overall experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and taken care of, demonstrating a level of hospitality that is truly commendable. IHG management should recognize employees like Norah, as her outstanding service is one of the key reasons guests, including myself, would choose to return to this hotel. Overall, the breakfast buffet was not only good but also diverse enough to keep me satisfied throughout my stay. From the variety of options available to the quality of food, I looked forward to each meal. If I ever find myself back in Al Khobar, I can confidently say that Staybridge Suites will be my top choice for accommodations.

We stayed staybridge khobar 2nights & it was a great experience. The rooms r spacious with a kitchen space & a huge washroom. Kitchen is fully occupied with each & every utensils & tools of high quality. Only the tv is not smart which caused problem to pacify the children. The breakfast was good not great & they don’t have separate restaurant but their service is just beyond describable. I haven't got such cordial & cooperative service in any hotel. Lastly I would mention one thing as it is Staybridge, before check in if u imagine of a huge hotel with luxurious lobby & restaurant then u will be disappointed, so was me. But their rooms, service all are 5star class.
