This hotel is truly worth a strong recommendation! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The entire environment felt fresh and comfortable, with attention to detail that made us feel at ease. Even more impressive was the outstanding service from every staff member — whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, they all wore warm, genuine smiles that made us feel truly welcome. What touched me the most was an unexpected incident during our stay. My daughter suddenly felt unwell and vomited in the room. I quickly contacted the front desk, and within minutes, a housekeeper arrived. She cleaned everything up swiftly and efficiently, without a hint of impatience. Her kindness and professionalism were incredibly heartwarming, and I was deeply grateful for her help during such a stressful moment. Overall, this stay exceeded all expectations. Both the facilities and the service were top-notch. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit!

The property is located in a nice area of the city and within easy walking distance of Thong Lo BTS (although there's a free shuttle too if you don't want to walk). The bedroom is comfortable and the kitchen area is really useful, especially for long stays. The hotel has a gym, pool, sauna and onsen. If you like to use these facilities at quieter times, the staff are very helpful and will tell you when the busy and quiet times are. The local area has a shopping mall across the road, there is a barbers and 7-Eleven shops within easy reach too. The staff are very friendly and always smiling, making you feel very welcome.

I stayed here recently in June with my young daughter and we had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with giving us directions. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and super comfortable—the heated toilet seat was such a nice touch! One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the Onsen-style Japanese pool on the 12th floor. It was such a relaxing treat. The location is great too—conveniently close to major shopping centers but still quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
