Absolutely lovely hotel. Right next to the train station and only 15/20 minutes walk from the seafront. Extremely well equipped kitchen, if you have young children or prefer to eat at the hotel. My only fault with the room is that there is no ability to open a window to let fresh air in (just my preference) although there is aircon. Would definitely recommend to others and wouldn't hesitate to return.
Really great experience, especially for the price. The room was lovely, staff really friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent given it was included. Very conveniently located for the station and there was bag storage at reception.
Me and my partner booked the accessible room but unfortunately I found the bed to be a bit high for me to transfer on, however the staff , especially Kelly the manager went above and beyond to try and find another hotel suited for my needs. She rung a few and got me into another hotel by the seafront, unfortunately I didn’t get on well there either and was given a full refund, but I can’t express my appreciation enough for your customer service and the help you gave me and my partner. Although we had to come home , it is still a fantastic hotel and would highly recommend if you are planning to visit Brighton
