I’ve been staying at StayBridge Suites in Cairo City Stars every summer for the past three years, and each visit has been better than the last. The service is consistently outstanding, and the atmosphere always feels like a home away from home. I want to give a special mention to Mr. Ali Ahmed, the Front Office Supervisor. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly make a difference in the overall guest experience. Mr. Ali goes above and beyond to ensure that every request is handled efficiently and with genuine care. Whether it’s arranging a room preference, answering questions with patience, or following up to make sure everything is perfect, he consistently demonstrates what true hospitality looks like. He doesn’t just do his job — he elevates the experience for every guest he interacts with. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable, respected, and truly taken care of. Because of Mr. Ali’s exceptional service, I always feel like I’m coming back to a place where I’m known and appreciated — not just another hotel guest. The hotel itself is fantastic — clean, well-maintained, with spacious suites and a great location connected to the City Stars Mall. But it’s the people who make it truly special. Returning to a spotless, fresh room each day was a joy. And of course, the restaurant staff and waiters also deserve high praise. Each meal was delicious, and the friendly, attentive service. A little bit on pricey side but the suite we took was outstanding, Not a surprise for staybridge brand. The hotel has an access to City Star Mall, and hotel Staff were highly helpful, friendly and professional. The front desk agent was the best I have seen so far. He tried to help us the best way he could and went above and beyond to make our reservation and stay as perfect as it could be. The hotel offers an open buffet breakfast with tons of items to choose from.
