Thank you for everything. from check-in to check-out, the entire experience was seamless and didn’t disappoint. The breakfast area can get a bit crowded at times, but Joy and the lady working alongside her handled it exceptionally well. It’s clear they’re doing their best to assist every guest with warmth and efficiency. A small suggestion would be to consider expanding the breakfast area, especially around the buffet section, to make it more comfortable during peak hours. Overall, everything was perfect. The service I received from everyone was truly genuine and heartfelt!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was always spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. Special thanks to Sayed, the cleaner, who did an excellent job every day. He was polite, professional, and paid great attention to detail. It really made my experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect close to Downtown, the metro, and some great restaurants. My room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view of the canal. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast service were genuinely warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Joy from the breakfast team for her constant smile and professional service, even during the busiest mornings.
