Had a very good experience at this hotel. Friendliest staff and everywhere is clean. Elevators are very quick and never felt like I had to wait long. Gym is bigger than average (resistance, free weights and cardio) and the breakfast selection is very good. Balcony room had a view of S. Zayed Rd which looks great at night when the lights are on. Just a short walk across the bridge to Internet City Metro Station and taxis pass by the area all the time so transport is not an issue even in off-peak season. Special shout out to these staff members: Eliya, Ashish and Salome for handling our breakfast and chai orders daily. Manjot and his colleague for the daily room service. Sanjay at reception. Room was kitted with washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, 60/40 fridge-freezer, cutlery and even dish soap. Bathroom had a tub with shower function and a washing line to dry off clothes with. Happy to see 3-pin plug sockets and USB-A ports for charging my laptop and phone. Wifi speed was good and my phone automatically connected every day without needing to sign in repeatedly. Can easily recommend this hotel to others.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our experience. The breakfast was excellent—no unnecessary frills, just fresh, tasty food with quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant, Charlie Lane was another highlight, offering delicious meals in a lovely setting. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. The location—just a 1-minute walk from the metro station and right in the city center, making it effortless to explore.
