Staybridge Suites London Heathrow Bath Road by IHG

TL;DR - Sidney, our server, was amazing!!! FIVE STARS!!! The pizza was also bomb!!!! Ate dinner at the Hi Pizza inside of this hotel and the food and service was AMAZING!!! Our server, Sidney, was most kind, generous, and attentive to our party of four, which included our 3.5 yr. old and 18 mo. old. Whilst we stayed at a nearby hotel, we came here for the pizza and reviews. Having two toddlers, everyone knows that eating out/traveling can be challenging, but eating here was a lovely experience. The restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, and the portion sizes were generous. We only ordered for the kids, and a bread basket for ourselves, but the kids cheese pizzas ended up being plenty for all of us. The bread basket came with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Our kiddos were given activity bags that included books, crayons, masks, and a game to keep them entertained while the food was being prepared. All in all, being that we were looking for a good, quick meal before our flight back to the States that was within walking distance from our hotel, we would definitely return if we found ourselves in the same situation.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and I truly cannot recommend it enough. The beds were incredibly comfortable (especially for a hotel!), everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. The kitchen space was impressively well-equipped—not a single thing was missing. And the breakfast… absolutely sensational! Everything was fresh and delicious. I honestly can’t think of anything I could’ve asked for that wasn’t already provided. I’ve saved this place for future travels and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.

We booked this hotel on overnight stay for layover in London. Location is conveniently close to the airport but a bit far from the Central London. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We had great night sleep. Breakfast is excellent, many options including vegetarian. Breakfast staff is very nice and courteous. Specifically wanted to mention Sendra. Overall very nice short stay
