Staycity Aparthotels Frankfurt Airport

Our train was delayed, so we didn’t arrive until the middle of the night. Big thanks to the front desk staff for helping us check in! He seemed like a new employee—wishing you all the best with the job, and hope you get the hang of everything soon! The room was modern, stylish, clean, and bright. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.💓

We had a pleasant stay at Staycity Frankfurt Airport. The hotel is clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, and you can easily check the shuttle schedule using the hotel’s AI robot—very helpful and modern. The location is also great, with a supermarket nearby and the Frankfurt Gateway Gardens train station just a 3–4 minute walk away. Just cross the small park opposite the hotel, as Google Maps mistakenly led us on a longer route. The only downside was during check-in. Most guests, like us, arrived by shuttle bus, and once everyone got off, there was a long queue. Unfortunately, there was only one staff member on duty at the time, so check-in took longer than expected. It would be better if more staff were available during busy arrival times. Overall, it’s a well-located and comfortable hotel with smart features—just be prepared for a bit of a wait at check-in if you arrive with a full shuttle.

The visit was amazing. The service was top notch, we were satisfied. The room had everything you need, very clean and cozy. Very close to the airport and they also provide transfers from and to the airport. Special thanks to Laura and the lady at the reception who helped with early check-in. Excellent service, we definitely recommend this place.
