Staycity London Dalston

This was a last minute booking as I didn’t fancy commuting Monday-Friday for a course and I’m glad I did! Very convenient location, quiet apartment with equipment to make your own food easily. Shower was good, hot & everything by was clean. No complaints, will stay again for future courses I take in London

This has been my BEST stay in London up to date. The location is convenient, the staff is beyond friendly, and the rooms are equipped with everything that you need. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of belonging. Everyone was kind, helpful, and joyous to be at their job - so much, that it made the end of my trip truly memorable. Without a doubt, when I visit again, I know where I will be staying. Thank you for the hospitality and until next time, friends

Had to raise a complaint, room wasn’t clean. Multiple hairs on the bed, lots of dust around the room. I waited 90 minutes to finally get a response and some assistance and they then just sent someone to change the bedding who let us know that she wasn’t house keeping because they had gone home. The room is small but the bathroom and shower is tiny, it’s a real tight squeeze. The shower also smelt of damp. Also, the kitchen bin isn’t a bin, it’s a tiny little food container type bin and for an apartment where you’re encouraged to do your own cooking (and cleaning! They don’t have housekeeping during stays less than 7 days I believe) - it just is not sufficient for disposing of rubbish. They were apologetic and offered a 35% refund but to be honest it just wasn’t good enough. This is not a 4 star property to me at all. It’s 3 star, even without the issues. It’s quite loud outside as there are a few bars etc. I chose it as I needed to be somewhere close by the next morning but wouldn’t stay again unfortunately. The decor is nice but that was it really. The beds are also low beds close to the floor, just worth knowing that in advance.
