I stayed at this hotel with my friend for just one night. We checked in around 10 PM and left very early, around 4 AM. Honestly, I didn’t feel completely comfortable during the stay, but I must highlight the reception service — the staff were very respectful, helpful, and highly responsive to any requests or questions. I might consider coming back in the future if certain aspects of guest comfort are improved. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism of the front desk team.

I have staying at this hotel on a number of occasions since 2017 & sadly, I've watched as standards keep on deteriorating. The location is perfect if you're flying, the staff is friendly & helpful, but that's where it ends. The rooms haven't been upgraded in years, they still have carpets that make me sick, there are no fridges in the rooms & the bathroom sinks are disgusting & a lot can be done about the breakfast menu. If the owners do not upgrade this hotel, this might be my last stay

Terrible experience – poor hygiene and no basic service. I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed. The bathroom was dirty and there was no drinking water provided in the room — not even a small bottle. I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 AM, so I couldn’t buy water from outside. At 6:00 AM, I needed to take my medication and asked the staff for water, explaining that I was not feeling well. I even told them that I had left my money in the room and would check out in an hour and pay then. Despite this, they refused to give me a simple glass of water, which is absolutely unacceptable. This hotel has zero sense of hospitality or basic human decency. I do not recommend it to anyone — especially if you’re expecting even the minimum level of service.
