STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen

I stayed here for 5.5 months and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was always extremely helpful and courteous, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the S-Bahn station, which made commuting very convenient. One of the highlights for me was the view from the balcony; it was stunning and added a peaceful touch to my day. It truly felt like a home away from home. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a long or short-term stay.

I stayed in Stayery for almost 7 months and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped and clean. The managers and the staff eager to help, supportive with issues, gentle and responsive. Although close to the city center, the surrounding area is quiet and has plenty of parking space. The management's lack of transparency in enforcing strict rules and regulations is concerning. Customers are being deceived and overcharged for basic services like parking and laundry. The laundry app registration process requires an unnecessary amount of personal information, which is unacceptable. Additionally, being charged extra for city tax after already settling the bill is unacceptable. Despite these issues, the property itself is well-maintained and the staff are friendly.
