Stayed here for a gig, couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay again. The easiest 5 stars i’ve given.
The house is spacious, it can house 2 couples, however very cold at night. Poor experience with check out, no one to query check out method, key box code provided did not work, had to leave the key in an unsafe letterbox and was concerned throughout the whole day until someone replied to say they got the key. Deposit is £100, down payment at check-in. One of the rooms had no windows. Located next to a bar, at night it was loud
Unfortunately we were misled when booking the property. The property we were given didn’t match the description, even though we paid more than the standard block. There was no reimbursement for this issue, despite being contacted about it. There was a maintenance issue which results in very loud bangs with the heating system. We were informed there was nothing that could be done which disturbed our stay. Customer service is unhelpful and very slow replies. Similar to the other reviews, the apartments are next to a bar which is very loud at night.
