I had the pleasure of staying at StaySo by Cloud7, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the coffee they serve is absolutely delicious. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with a smile. I would especially like to thank Ms. Hagar for her kind, elegant, and helpful demeanor. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her positive energy made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Sabahattin for his great attitude and helpfulness throughout our stay. Without a doubt, StaySo by Cloud7 will be my choice when I return to Istanbul. The hotel deserves a solid 10/10 rating for its excellent service, cleanliness, and the overall wonderful experience it provides. Highly recommended!

The good; Clean and good size room with multi Drawer for items. Mini market, restaurant, ATM is 2 minute only. The bad: It is far away little from Attractions. There is no Laundry at hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was enough to know I’ll never return. I arrived late after a long trip, and instead of being met with basic hospitality, I was exploited. They charged per person, not per room, even though they gave us only one bed — how does that make any sense? It’s clear they take advantage of tired, late-arriving guests who have no other choice. This is a scam disguised as a hotel. The service was beyond unacceptable — cold, unhelpful, and clearly more interested in squeezing extra money out of you than making your stay decent. I’ve stayed in budget places before, but this place doesn’t even meet the bare minimum standards of honesty or hospitality. Do yourself a favor — stay literally anywhere else. This place is a rip-off. One star, only because zero isn’t an option
