I really enjoyed my time here — the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The interior design is modern, practical, and beautifully done. Everything was clean and well-maintained. They also offer a free cup of coffee each day for every night you stay, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort and calm!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I want to give a special shoutout to Daniel at the reception—he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and perfectly located. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thanks again, Daniel!

Beautiful hotel with great food BUT beware of location and taxi scams! The Stayso Hotel is beautiful with great food and lovely staff, BUT it is far from the centre/tourist attractions and not on a metro line, which should make you think again. There is a bus stop 6 minutes walk away, but be prepared to wait for buses that sometimes don't arrive or are too full to board.  The taxi drivers - unfortunately like a lot of people we dealt with as tourists in Turkey  - are scam artists and cannot be trusted not to inflate your fare at their whim.  It is an extremely stressful experience getting a taxi. Our interactions with hotel staff were all wonderful. During check-out however, the receptionist - unsuccessfully - tried to convince us that a 2200 lira taxi ride (£46) would be cheaper than getting a short taxi ride to the Kagistane Metro to then get the airport metro there. This was *total rubbish*.  The taxi ride was meant to be around a fiver with a 50p metro ride, essentially - and it was extremely disappointing that even after we'd spent a lot of money at the hotel, that she would say this. We were told the taxi driver booked to take us to the metro station had a card machine in his cab too, but *of course* he said it didn't exist when we went to pay, and insisted on more money at the end, scamming us by upping the price (...despite my requests at reception, any discussion around an agreed flat fare was refused).  We were given the hotel number in case the taxi driver tried to scam us, but what was that going to do in the moment?!  Nothing.  And so, of course, he did. So beware - make sure to research your routes yourself because you can't trust what you are told sadly, even by the hotel.  A taxi to the airport is NOT cheaper than getting one to the metro then hopping on the airport connection (easy to do) no matter what they say. Our hotel stay other than that was really lovely; the other staff members were delightful - really helpful, very friendly and smiley and super nice.  Our room was very comfortable, they gave us apples and a free chocolate on arrival and the coffees were great.  But the check out was a let-down, as was the general location of the hotel. To recap: ultimately, the Stayso is a good choice in some ways in low season for such a beautiful hotel in itself, but I'm not sure the stress and extra time of travelling to and from the centre via bus was worth it. The hotel is a stunning building, the waiter made beautiful drinks, the breakfast was delicious - but if we return to Turkey, it will be to a nearer hotel so the stress of the taxis and buses can be avoided as much as humanly possible.
