This is a fantastic, beautifully decorated, child-friendly hotel. There are several swimming pools for children and adults, as well as water slides with a lifeguard on duty. The rooms and the entire hotel grounds are clean and frequently cleaned. The food is great, and the cuisine is excellent (kudos to the chefs and the rest of the staff). There is a rich entertainment program. Most importantly, the staff is friendly, smiling, and ready to help. They care for tourists and are patient and understanding. Importantly, everyone speaks English, so there are no communication problems. The hotel is located in a quiet area. It is very close to the sea and the main street, which has lots of shops and restaurants. It's close to Chania, about 15-20 minutes away by local public transportation depending on traffic. It's about a 30-minute drive to the airport. We will definitely come back here again.

We arrived late and shown to our room, tired and hungry. We were told there is some food and a bottle of water in the fridge. It was unexpected and was very welcome, not too much, just right. The place is very clean, friendly and away from the busy roads. The food was fantastic, a family friendly atmosphere, easy to relax. We hired a car for the week and could park in the spacious car park in front of the hotel. It felt safe and secure. At the end of the week we checked out in the morning and had to wait for evening airport collection. The hotel had a section where you could use their bathroom facilities and shower even though we had check out. It was so nice and comfortable. The hotel home made lemonade was also particularly enjoyable. It was a lovely stay.

I was very surprised that this place only has a 3 star rating, this hotel is fantastic. The resort size is just the right size so you don't feel like it's overcrowded when trying to get food or drinks. The menu for food is varied each day and there is a good selection of drinks available with the all inclusive package. There is 3 pools in total and 3 flumes to keep the kids entertained. I would say there is enough sun loungers available, but as with every resort you get the lounger brigade who are up at the crack of dawn to get that much needed lounger, you can simply just remove their towel if you see this as it states in the welcome booklet that hotel does not condone this behaviour. Overall the resort was really clean, nice and staff were engaging and positive. You also get the chance to do water Zumba, which I highly recommend! I would definitely recommend this resort and also will be back in future holidays.
