I had to book this hotel last minute due to unforseen travel disruptions. Had a really good experience with how welcoming the staff was and how they handled my booking. The room I got was amazing, spacious and with a nice view! The bed was big and super comfortable. I think it was also great value for money so close to the airport. I would definitely book this hotel again in the future.

I’ve been staying here for work for the past few weeks and it’s decent overall. The breakfast is good, and the dinner restaurant is good. The gym is fine for a hotel gym, it can be pretty busy but it has a decent amount of equipment. The room has a kettle and iron inbuilt into the wardrobe which seems a bit dangerous as it’s hard to get access to the plug sockets. At one point the iron sparked, and fused my room. The cleaning services here are pretty inconsistent and poor, often several days will pass with ‘please clean’ left on door before anyone will show up. I had to ask reception at one point to get it cleaned. It’s also been the case that the bedsheets were just remade but not changed, or other items will be missed like towels etc.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent two-night stay, which fell far short of the standards expected from a four-star hotel. On the first night, there was no hot water until after 9 PM. The hand soap and body wash were completely empty, the room phone was broken, and the hairdryer didn't work. The next day, I returned to find the room had not been cleaned. Only after going to the front desk myself—since the phone still didn't work—was I told there’s no housekeeping on Sundays, which had never been mentioned at check-in. This level of service is unacceptable. The lack of basic amenities, poor communication, and broken equipment made for an extremely frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others. 2025/7/25 updated Everything I shared is based on my real experience. I'm not sure why you're unable to find the record in your work log, but I believe that’s an issue with your internal controls. I cannot assist in explaining why the record is missing. Check-in was on July 19, and check-out was on July 21. There was a hot water issue on the night of July 19, and the room was not cleaned on July 20. I believe if you go to Room 492 now, the phone and hairdryer under under the TV is still broken. On the evening of July 20, when we approached the front desk to speak with the manager on duty about the room not being cleaned, a young woman with a ponytail calmly told us that there is no housekeeping service on Sundays. When we pointed out that this should have been communicated at check-in, she simply repeated that there is no housekeeping service on Sundays. As guests, we just want to return to the room and relax, but your hotel’s service failed to meet even this basic expectation. However, I must say that your breakfast staff were all very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious — that part is definitely worth recommending.
