We absolutely loved our stay!! We have stayed at dozens of 5-star all-inclusive hotels in various countries (including Egypt), and this one was our absolute favorite!! The hotel is gorgeous, with attention to detail and elegance. The food was absolutely phenomenal: the buffet was exceptionally good without fail, and there were so many times when we would take a bite of food at the restaurants and say, “wow!!” We felt extremely safe and relaxed. The ambiance and live music was lovely. The spa with jacuzzi and sauna was fantastic. But what truly set apart this hotel was the staff. They were extremely professional, respectful, kind, and friendly. They spent time talking and getting to know us, and treated us more like extended family than guests, with so much warmth and kindness. They made a hotel feel like a home. It was truly a very special experience that we will never forget. Thank you so much!!!

All I have to say - your dream vacation starts here! We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Steigenberger Alcazar Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was truly top-notch—friendly, professional, and always one step ahead. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Every meal felt like a new experience, and the restaurant staff were incredible—bringing our drinks before we even finished the last, remembering our preferences, and adding that extra touch of magic to every dinner. A special shout-out to the entertainment team, led by the amazing Mario, who made our holiday even more magical. One unforgettable night, they invited our daughter on stage to dance in front of all the guests. She was overjoyed, and it's a memory we'll cherish forever. Our cleaner was also outstanding! After we left him a tip for his great service, we returned to find our beds beautifully decorated each day—such thoughtful touches that truly made us feel special. If I could rate this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommended!

The experience I had at this hotel was great, the food was good, the pools were nice, the service was exceptional, but I the reason it’s not 5 stars is because there is literally no beach. The water is extremely shallow, and you half to walk half a mile across a dock to get to the only ocean that is usually always crowded. If the beach was better and was more accessible it would’ve been a more pleasant experience. I also recommend being very careful with the service as when first checking into the hotel we were lied to into thinking our room would have a beach view and after 3 whole hours we were able to get the rooms we desired. Overall the experience was good but not amazing and I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice trip without thinking about the beach too much.
