The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff they’re friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Ahmed Abdullah for creating an amazing atmosphere during our event he truly knows how to make any celebration memorable, and I highly recommend requesting him personally for any occasion! The overall vibe of the hotel was great, and the facilities were nice. However, the room wasn’t very clean when I first arrived, but once I contacted the front desk, they responded quickly and cleaned it properly. The food was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service.

Very bad service by the staff, they do their jobs, lack of discipline and organizing. They are not helpful at all and the easiest thing to say no before thinking (for example can I please have fries by the sea “NO” why?! Because no food on the beach. But I already had a pizza on it?!) The hotel was very noisy with silly singers and we couldn’t sleep and they do it every day till 11 pm and we must wait for them to finish so we can sleep. Client servicing relationship manager was awful lady. Pool was very dirty and they don’t clean it properly. Kids got infections. They overbooked the hotel and they were understaffed. No real leadership on ground. Dinner was very bad quality and completely messy. Safety standards are very low and a lot of potential hazards in the pool and staff are not interfering to fix them. Clear discrimination between Egyptian clients and Foreigners. Staff was fighting together about tasks. — Positive points is the hotel location is great. Great room and views. Good breakfast.
