Steigenberger Guangzhou

We stayed there for 4 nights for our skiing trip. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff is very friendly, high quality of service, good breakfast, shuttle bus to the skiing place. We made a mistake, booked a suit for our third night instead of a standard twin room. The manager at the lobby, Mr Lu, helped us call Agoda, and successfully cancelled the original booking. His kind help saved us not only the trouble to change the room but also saved 100 dollars for us. I appreciate his help very much. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here twice. First time is last Xmas. There is no more regular room. So we booked the executive suite, 1000sft with two bathroom a huge bedroom and living room. A hug walk in closet. It’s only hk$1400 included two breakfast. I think it’s a good deal for Xmas and the room quality. Second time in may we able to book a twin bed room Still great. Very spacious. This is a good quality hotel the room with all the stuff u need. And clean and nice. The staff are super helpful and friendly. One of the bell boy even help me get the money back from the taxi driver. Because the taxi driver tried to over charge me Highly recommend hotel. Breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. If u come like Xmas peak season should go breakfast a bit earlier.

The hotel was located next to a integrated shopping mall with indoor water park, skii and etc. Good front counter service , stayed here for 1 night for my next day flight transit. Room is slightly above average and the view is not as stunning as what i see from website. Need more preventive maintenance of the room facilities. Good place for family vacation. The buffet breakfast choice is good with majority chinese food and of course with some selection of western breakfasts with Noodles & egg stations. They provide free shuttle service to the mall next to the hotel. The hotel is not located in Guangzhou city center but located close to Baiyun airport about 20 minutes taxi ride from airport.
