I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and the experience has always been great. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and location is also great. On my recent visit, i had a dental emergency and the lady at the front desk kindly helped me and made a reservation at the dental clinic. Everybody at this hotel has been always very kind, efficient, and dependable.
We were so happy with our day. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the service was great. The rooms were very spacious and followed through. The biggest compliment I have to give is to the beds. They were so comfortable.Can’t complain about the breakfast.
I stay there 1 or 2 nights per week. I have given up. Most of the time there is NO soap in shower or bathroom sink. NO tissue. NO wash cloth. Rooms are dirty and need a refresh. I no longer bother the front desk staff. I am sure they are annoyed at the constant complaints. I’m there for work and therefore on a contract with the hotel. Our work group knows our complaints are not taken seriously. It is unfortunate, it is. Beautiful hotel. Great location. It’s been 17 months on our contract and it has been very trying for us. At good point we welcome a new property. Just being honest.
