Steigenberger Hotel Doha

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Steigenberger Hotel Doha from April 6th to April 12th, and I truly felt like a princess the entire time. The staff were not only incredibly professional and well-trained, but also warm, kind, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Their hospitality made me feel special and cared for from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable, perfect for relaxing and recharging. I had some of the best sleep and truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The room service was excellent, always timely and polite, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely magnificent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious international and local options. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the dedicated prayer space for women, a thoughtful and respectful touch I deeply appreciated. The hotel also features an outstanding gym, swimming pool, and spa, all impeccably maintained and perfect for unwinding in a serene and luxurious environment. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team working at the hotel, from those who carry out the most humble, behind-the-scenes jobs, to those in higher, more visible roles. Each one of you contributes to creating an exceptional guest experience, and I am truly grateful for the care, effort, and dedication you put into your work every single day. This is more than just a five-star hotel, it's a place where you're made to feel valued, pampered, and truly at home. Thank you for making my stay so unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

This hotel was absolutely amazing stayed there for a whole week and the service was top notch from every single person through out. The food in room service was amazing the restaurant food was spectacular. My wife got a massage from a lady called Mofida, she said if was the best massage and facial she ever got.

Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe experience Staying at Steigenberger Residence Doha has been one of the most distressing experiences I’ve ever had. Despite following all their own safety instructions — including using the Do Not Disturb sign and internal lock — staff repeatedly attempted to enter my residence without permission or notice. This happened multiple times, even after I raised formal complaints. The management failed to deliver on their promises to resolve the issue, and no proper action was offered for the repeated privacy violations or the psychological distress caused. The basic feeling of safety and respect for guests was completely missing. If you value your privacy, security, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to avoid this facility.
