Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan

Had a great stay! The hotel was really, really nice beautiful location, clean rooms, and excellent service. The only downside was that the pool water wasn’t very clear during our visit, but everything else was great. Would definitely come back! 10/10

Location is very unique where you have astonishing view over both Mediterranean Sea and Nile damietta branch. Rooms are clean and service is good, open buffet break fast with varieties of oriental and western meals, it has also a private beach but not within hotel area you need either 20 minutes walk or wait for hotel shuttle bus and beach isn't the best in Egypt as north coast beaches are superior in water quality, but overall is good experience and I love it.

The accommodations were of high quality and meticulously organized, with a team that significantly enhanced the experience. Hadeer, during the phone booking process, along with Mohamed, Ibrahim, and Nashwa at the reception, and the entire staff, all contributed to a positive atmosphere through their friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and willingness to assist. The restaurant maintained a high standard of cleanliness, order, and variety. The pool area was also well-maintained and organized. The beach, including its associated restaurant and cafe, provided a particularly memorable experience, with its unique setting and captivating views. The food quality was excellent. Overall, the stay was highly enjoyable, and the team's performance was a standout feature.
