Wonderful stay – Highly recommended! We stayed for 7 nights as a family (two parents and a 12.5-year-old daughter ) and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is perfect – right next to a metro station and just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and main attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was rich, varied, and luxurious, served in an elegant yet cozy setting. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – everyone was courteous and efficient. Although we initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the hotel’s Customer Service Manager, Izabela, handled the situation impressively. She ensured we had a temporary room immediately and later moved us to a spacious corner room similar to our original booking. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with thoughtful gestures and excellent service. Overall, we left extremely satisfied and would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

Stayed here for work and I was impressed. Great location- a lot of shops and restaurants that are close by. The rooms are spacious which is not typical of European hotels. Rooms were very clean and the bed were comfortable. They have a small gym but has all the equipment and weights that you need to get a workout in. In the morning there is a breakfast buffet that is well stocked and has a large variety of food. All the employees are friendly and super helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here if I go back to Vienna.
