Steigenberger Hotel SUNAC Harbin

It's one of the best malls in Harbin in my opinion. Except the brands for clothes, accessories, toys, books etc there is an ice skating center and a 3 ski /snowboard slopes. The only thing you need to bring or buy is gloves. All the other equipment is included in the price. You baby also book an instructor. There is also Cinema and restaurants and some events on the ground floor. Even if you don't want to shop, it's a nice place to visit and have a tea or a meal. Why not.. Try some skiing.

Comfortable, 5star service + room despite it being just a 4star hotel! Huge selection @ breakfast buffet. Only mins walk to Wanda Mall along very nicely paved walkway. Counter staff speaks very good English. Highly recommended!

This property is situated right beside a Crowne plaza, and another Wanda hotel just around the corner. The staff members, particularly the doormen, are extremely nice and it was great coming back after a long day of exploring in the cold, to be greeted so warmly. Front desk staff members as well as the breakfast staff were less polished in terms of service comparatively. Rooms was of a decent size, relatively clean and maintained to a very decent level. Within the hotel, there are facilities such as an indoor pool, so for those that do not wish to brave the cold during winter, there are things to help pass time. A sizable mall (also by Wanda) is located a short stroll away. Overall, considering the price we paid, this is a fairly nice experience. Not the most memorable, but acceptable.
