Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof

We had a fantastic stay and weren’t sure what to expect, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked two superior rooms and were pleasantly surprised by how large and comfortable they were. The bathrooms were especially impressive — dual vanity sinks, separate tub, walk-in shower with a ceiling spa showerhead, plus a toilet and separate bidet — far more than we expected for a European hotel at around $250/night in late July. The hallways are wide and spacious, giving the hotel a more upscale feel. A fun detail: each room has its own doorbell! Breakfast was included and was excellent — a full buffet, much better than what you typically get at U.S. Best Westerns or even at the Courtyard in Munich, which charged €26 for something less impressive. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bellhop and valet gave great local tips and delivered our bags quickly (and rang the room doorbells!). My only gripe is the AC in Europe is not like the AC in states. I don’t mind keeping my room warmer 73-74, but if you need it at 65 you’re likely gonna be miserable, probably best not to come to Europe during the summer if you need it cold. We had ours cranked down all the way and it was still warm. Highly recommend — great value, spacious rooms, and a few thoughtful touches that made our stay extra enjoyable.

I just went to the spa there it's truly like a palace , very very luxurious massage rooms with sauna and shower. I had a massage with the therapist Georgina and she was truly wonderful, she is incredibly skilled , she helped me a lot with my back pain and also she has a warm personality, she knows how to bring a relaxing vibe and create a great energy and atmosphere. Unfortunately I was very sleepy and I thought I was giving 9 euros tip but I think I just left 1 euro , sorry about that I was zoned out, she deserved more for sure, I realized about it when I was out. I highly recommend the spa it's very good.

Expensive but absolutely incredible experience, room service was great. Very cool environment and vibe to the whole hotel. Spa was top notch, i highly recommend this hotel. AC in the rooms could be a bit stronger.
