This was our second stay, and it was absolutely top-notch. Our first visit was brilliant, but this one was even better. The front desk team was courteous and accommodating, and the restaurant staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The Jones schnitzel is a winner every time. Looking forward to our next visit!
The hotel is in perfect location in Düsseldorf. Walking distance to everything you want to see and do. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with a lot of nice fruits options. I would come back here for sure.
Nicely decorated rooms. Very comfortable beds. Tasty meals with great variety. Don't be scared of the prices, they're worth it. Everything very clean. Very good proximity to public transport and really close to the promenade. We liked it a lot. We would also like to thank the cheerful receptionist spirit Saliji(?). Sorry if we got it wrong. Felt like checking out from a friend's house. Very attentive and positively curious.
