Visited Brussels and had the pleasure of staying at Steigenberger Wiltcher’s Hotel, absolutely loved it! The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, classic European luxury with modern touches. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in such a central location. The breakfast spread was fantastic, everything fresh and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the pastries and the fresh juices. Location wise, it’s perfect. Right on Avenue Louise, surrounded by boutiques, cafes and easy access to public transport and main attractions. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel really delivers a five star experience. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Brussels and looking for timeless elegance with excellent service.

I can confidently say it’s one of the best hotel in the city. Compared to other hotels in Brussels, this property stands out for its luxury, spacious rooms, and excellent service. The rooms and bathrooms are large — which is quite rare in Brussels — and equipped with air conditioning, a great comfort during warmer days. The location is perfect: quiet yet central, just a 10-minute walk to the Grand Place and around 20 minutes by car. You’ll find express shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and plenty of other stores nearby, which adds to the convenience. The entire team was incredibly helpful and professional. I’d like to give special thanks to Ms. Leana and F. Dragon at the front desk for their warm welcome and for making our check-in smooth and quick. My biggest appreciation goes to Mr. Pierre, the concierge supervisor, who was always friendly and offered great advice, especially when it came to navigating the local train system. Talking to him every day truly added a personal touch to the stay. If I return to Brussels, I will definitely stay at Steigenberger Wiltcher’s again. Highly recommended.

I had a beautiful room with a great bed and a good bathroom. The sports area was well laid out but had everything you needed and was clean and inviting. I didn't need much service but the staff were always friendly and courteous. The breakfast was ok to good. I was a little surprised at the amount of canned fruit, I would have expected more fresh fruit. On the other hand, there was hummus to kneel on and honey straight from the honeycomb. All this has its price, hence 4 stars because expectations rise with the price. But I would definitely come back again
