My stay at Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were very friendly. What I loved the most was the animation team they were full of energy every day, put on fun shows, and created a great atmosphere. I felt very welcome and never bored. Wonderful Stay at Steigenberger Tunisia – Highly Recommended! I had an unforgettable time at Steigenberger Hotel in Tunisia and I’m absolutely impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed – the entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. You truly feel at home. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished, offering every comfort you could need. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The outdoor areas and pool are beautifully maintained – perfect for relaxation. The beach is just a short walk away and offers breathtaking sunsets. Special praise goes to the food: Every meal – breakfast, lunch, or dinner – was fresh, varied, and delicious. I can highly recommend the Steigenberger Hotel in Tunisia – whether you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, a romantic getaway, or a quick escape. I’ll definitely be coming back!Ja

we visited the hotel two years ago and it was truly a 5-star , so based on that I made a reservation this year. However, I was surprised by the low quality of services, the type of food, and even the treatment from the bar staff. - The bar worker (in The hotel building ) refused to give me a bottle of Schweppes juice for the room. The bar manager told me that the minibar in the room is only restocked with water!!! - It is forbidden to take food from the restaurant and eat it in the room. - There were around 15 of us in the hotel and every room suffered from problems with the bathroom, air conditioning, or even cleanliness. Three rooms were changed and the occupants moved to other rooms. -we moved from a room reserved with a sea view to a garden view room because of an air conditioning malfunction and the spread of burnt oil smell coming from the kitchen at 2 a.m. -The food, compared to other 4-star hotels in Tunisia, is more like 4-star, not 5-star quality. - On the beach, I went at 7 a.m. to reserve a spot and found the front row fully booked. The next day I went at 5 a.m. and the front row was also fully booked!. I checked with the information desk and they told me there are no rules or organization for this matter. later understood how the system works, and on the third day we went to the beach at 10 a.m. and the spot was reserved for us :-) - There has been a significant decline in the hotel’s service quality compared to two years ago!
