We’ve just arrived and we’re already impressed! The service here is absolutely outstanding. From the first moment, everyone has been extremely kind and welcoming. Mahmoud has been incredibly helpful, assisting us right away with everything we needed, including the room change. His professionalism and friendliness have truly made us feel at home. Also, the person who helped us with our luggage was just as amazing—very attentive and kind. We’re off to a wonderful start and we’re sure this will be an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended so far!
