Steinbach Hotel

very relaxing hotel and friendly service. excellent breakfast. buffet evening meal good but a pricey. lookout for half board deals. enjoyed sitting on the balcony with beautiful views of mountains. nice indoor swimming pool and wellness area. special thanks to Frau Fischer for Qi-gong lesson.

We stayed here at Steibach Hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is very clean and our room at the front of the hotel was spacious. There was noise from the road but it was ok. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with a good choice but was the same each day. Our evening meals were very nice although as I vegetarian I was very limited to one choice of main meal. The swimming pool and wellness centre is lovely and an added bonus, I would recommend this. The hotel is in an excellent location within a few minutes walk of Ruhpolding and in a great location for accessing local walks. I would recommend a visit to the local tourist information centre for maps and routes. Overall an excellent hotel and I would recommend it. Hope to return one day.

Very friendly and polite Staff. The brealkfast buffet hat everything you could wish for and had everyday something new to offer. It was great. The swimming pool was also very nice. At first I thought oh a little old fashion, but not it was very clean and nice and offered different Gymnastic classes.
