The staff were wonderful. The views from the room were fantastic and the rooms themselves were also well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts and evening meal were not disappointing, plenty of choice and beautifully served, I really loved my stay!!
A lovely hotel if a little dated. My room was pretty basic but I had a balcony which was great. I would stay there again. The staff couldn't do enough for us.
We were in Steinmattli for 15 days. Very good value for your money. The room and balcony were spacious and cosy. Everything was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good. All personnel did everything they could for the guests, very friendly. Big advantage for us was the guest card with which we could take all cable cars for free and all public transport. We really felt at home during our stay in Hotel Steinmattli
