Beautiful well modern hotel in the little cute town of Pula! Staff was greatl...especially Laura who was exceptional and was the reason we stayed at this hotel cuz of complications with booking online with Hotels.com! She was amazing and always attentive 2 our needs which made our stay wonderful! Grazie Laura!❤️❤️

Beautiful hotel, great location, and phenomenal interior. There were a few small issues, likely because it wasn't yet the high season. On the first day, breakfast was missing several items (e.g., only bread was sliced toasts in bags and the yogurt station had no yogurt). The staff behind the bar didn't refill the items, so we assumed that was how breakfast was supposed to be. However, on the second day, the breakfast selection was much more complete. Additionally, we were surprised with a spa bill for an extremely short usage of the spa, particularly for one guest. We were under the impression on several occasions that the spa access was included in the stay.

A Mixed Experience I wanted to eat a real good Pizza in the area and I went to the Pizzeria Stela di Nora in Pula. While the overall experience had its highlights, there were a few disappointments. Pizza Quality: The pizza, unfortunately, fell into the “regular” category. It lacked that authentic, wood-fired flavor that I was hoping for. While it wasn’t bad, it didn’t stand out either. They are big in size but most of it are the cheap parts that you cut away anyway. Dessert Disappointment: Now, let’s talk about dessert. The ready-to-use deep frozen industrial dessert was a letdown. A shame that they were not able to offer a homemade dessert. That one I had was OK but it lacked freshness and creativity. I expected more from a place like Stela di Nora. Serving Staff: On a positive note, the serving staff was delightful. Friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, they made the dining experience pleasant. They offered straight away a bowl of water for our dog Toffee who enjoyed the stay. In summary, Stela di Nora has potential, but improvements are needed in certain areas. If you’re looking for great pizza, you might want to explore other options in the area
