From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were absolutely faultless. So accommodating, so friendly and a real credit to the hotel. Our stay was made extra special as we got upgraded(without asking for this) to a pool view room with a jacuzzi overlooking the main pool, which was incredible. The hotel itself is beautiful, the decor, the pool, the restaurant, overlooking the sea, makes you feel like you’re in a luxury location. The food had a great selection and was different each day. The drinks were also great, majority of the drinks/cocktails were included within the all inclusive. The entertainment was great, didn’t need to leave the hotel for evening entertainment as the entertainment at the hotel was of a good standard! We had a late flight on our check out day but they still look after you and let you use shower facilities, anything you needed was never a problem for them. Overall - 10/10 recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing week away in the sun, with good quality food and drinks and staff that genuinely care for your experience with them. The only negative to say about the hotel, is regarding the sun beds. There aren’t enough sun beds as there are guests despite there being 3 pools. They say they remove towels before 9am, but they don't!

This hotel is amazing, loved everything about it. It incredibly quiet and peaceful, ideal for unwinding. The staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay extra special. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The food is fresh, balanced. Definitely worth a visit. There’s also great attention to detail, from cleanliness to the little touches in the room, like quality toiletries and cozy beds. I am truly obsessed with this hotel and would be more than happy to come back.

Hotel looks great, the design and flow of the hotel is amazing, exactly as expected based on photo’s. Pool’s are amazing, clean and plenty of room and options. Staff are good, they try and accommodate but felt short on a few occasions. The room had a few problems, our door wouldn’t lock meaning the whole lock system had to be replaced while all our belongings were in the room. The bathroom door handle was loose and fell off and was never fixed so you couldn’t close or lock the door unless you wanted to be stuck. The food was very very basic, and quite repetitive. It felt more catered to children than adults. The ‘alcoholic’ drinks were very underwhelming and disappointing. It felt more of a sugar rush than an alcoholic drink. We weren’t the only ones to say this, something that massively needs improving. The location isn’t great. There’s not much to do outside of the hotel that matches up to the standard of the hotel you expect. The bars are run down and the restaurants aren’t great on the eye. Around the pool and hotel there didn’t feel to be much of an atmosphere. It’s very calm and laid back and it’s create your own fun kind of thing. Beach is like a Benidorm beach with the sun loungers, having to cross the road to get to it so that’s a huge disappointment. Nice hotel but not one we would be wanting to go back to and I certainly wouldn’t visit Stella Island and pay 4 figures more based on this trip!
