We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Stella d’Italia in Florence and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its perfect location. It’s truly in the heart of Florence, walking distance to everything! Whether you’re heading to the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, or simply exploring the charming streets and shops, everything is close by. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city without needing transportation. The service was outstanding. The staff was kind, professional, and very accommodating. A standout moment for us was when we asked to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went shopping, and they were more than happy to help. Even more impressive, my elderly mother stayed in the hotel for the day while we were out, and the staff ensured she was comfortable without charging us anything extra. That level of care and generosity meant a lot to us. My kids absolutely loved the breakfast! It was fresh, well-prepared, and had a great variety to please both adults and children. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which was peaceful and a lovely spot to relax before starting our day. Overall, Stella d’Italia truly felt like a home away from home. The combination of friendly service, central location, and thoughtful amenities made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return next time we’re in Florence!

This is definitely the best hotel. I stayed for about a week starting from August 31, 2024. I arrived on a late connecting flight from Japan around 10 p.m., but the staff member who handled the check-in was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a historic building in the city center, making it perfect for sightseeing. From the hotel's balcony, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the cityscape of Florence. Our room had a bedroom and an additional room, and it also came with a bathtub. Beautiful paintings were hung on the walls, and the space was clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the lovely hall decorated with frescoes was also a wonderful experience. Thanks to all of this, we had a truly enjoyable trip. I’m deeply grateful to all the staff for their exceptional hospitality.

This charming boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Florence, everything is within easy walking distance. Every space, from the guest rooms to the shared areas, was thoughtfully designed with lovely details that made it feel extra unique. Don’t miss the daily breakfast, it was absolutely must to start your day. And the rooftop bar - enough said. The service was truly top notch. The front desk staff, bartender, and waitress were all spectacular! Warm, professional, and attentive. What really stood out was how personal the experience was. They remembered my birthday just from my passport at check in, and surprised me with a pastry and candle at breakfast that morning. Such a sweet and memorable gesture. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence!
