My daughter and I stayed at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport for just 12 hours before our early morning flight at 4:00 AM — and we were truly impressed. Even though it was a short stay, the experience was smooth and memorable. The check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — perfect for a good rest before travel. We had an Indian dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and authentic — one of the best meals we had on our trip. Overall, a great place for transit passengers or anyone looking for a high-quality stay near the airport. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms are good , clean have all necessary amenities required but one thing is missing . As the room is meant for staying 2 persons , there is only 1 door key is provided due to which if a person wants to go , hes should carry the door key to open lift lock, and the other person in the room have to stay without lights and A.C. As the key is not there in the socket . Suggested to provide 2 keys for 2 persons staying in the ROOM. Service is very poor , 1.As our booking was from 11 am but the Room was not available till 11: 45 am , 2.There was no phone is provided on the floor to contact in case of problem with door key , you have to go to reception to activate the key again. 3. In the lobby nobody is there to ask for drinking water. There must be system to welcome the gust sitting in the lobby to provide drinking water. 4. At the time of check out , no assistance is provided to carry the baggage from room to parking area despite of giving call 2 times.

Staff at the front desk lack basic manners, need better training in hospitality. The number of rooms they have is indirectly proportional to the size of the restaurant. You will be made to wait for breakfast as the restaurant will be full when there are more guests in the Hotel which gives a local Dhaba feeling . The list goes on and on..I would avoid this hotel in future.. Worthy of being called a 2 star hotel
