Stellenbosch Manor

We loved our stay at Stellenbosch Manor! Everything about it was perfect. The rooms and overall decor were so beautifully done, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were huge, and the outdoor space off of our room was great. The common areas were very comfortable and inviting as well - we loved sitting by the huge fireplace in the lobby area. The pool was very nice and had great seating. The breakfast was very good as well. Tashriq, one of the managers, was very helpful and accommodating. We felt extremely safe and loved the location - it was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. It was an incredible value as well. I highly recommend staying at Stellenbosch Manor!

Great location, however the roof in our room (near the bed) had a significant leak. So bad we had to put a bucket under it to catch the water. This lasted for two nights with no suitable solution offered. The suite was big but could use some refinement in the details, like a lot of mold on the silicone in the bathroom.

I was looking for a place to stay for myself and my 2x guests. I emailed them directly. I had not received a response for 6 days and resent my email. I then called all the available number on their web sight including Linden and Tashriq. I eventually got a response to whatsapp from Linden saying he was sick. I requested he send me an additional number and he never responded. After 5 calls, 2 emails and 3 whatsapps I am now giving up and wonder how a place can operate to this extreme low standard with bookings. Makes me wonder re the further experience. I am now taking my business to a place that actually has service and a manger and reservation office that answers the phone and emails and has better service. It looks nice in the pictures but without service I will not risk it. Pity as I could have been a large client for them.
