We have just arrived home from our vacation in Rome in which we stayed in Stendhal, and we would simply like to write how pleased we were with our stay! The hotel is in a prime, prime, PRIME location close to literally everything we didn't even once felt the need to call a taxi. The breakfast was very rich and the servers were simply amazing, caring, and courteous! The hotel took care of us even when we were not at all pleased with out first room, and the amazing receptionist Marco took amazing care of us! In addition, when our first taxi driver bailed on us, the hotel staff did everything they could to get a new taxi as quickly as they could so that we won't miss our flight. All in all, we had an amazing stay and we cannot recommend this hotel enough! Great Job!

A great hotel in a amazing location! When you are walking distance from the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Metro, downtown and all the good places in time, you know it's a great hotel. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Thank you for having us and I highly recommend and can't wait to return!

The room was very small and the shower only had one door. So water went everywhere. The area was awesome! Everything was walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely awesome! Excellent service with the food! My only caution! Put your valuables in the safe. My charger and converter came up missing. It was plugged in in wall and left it plugged in. I asked receptionist who was in room. It was only the cleaning lady and the person who filled out fridge with drinks. I ended up buying another converter and each day I put my other charger in the safe as well. The staff did not do anything about the theft. The receptionist simply said that the staff did not have it and dismissed it. He said that we needed to look in our bags. Until this day an investigation was not completed from my understanding. Yes, I understand that it's just a converter with a phone charger, but it's not the point. A theft is a theft. I would have given a higher rating, but a theft is a theft. The trust factor is gone.
