Stendhal Luxury Suites

We had a wonderful stay here. The suite was very comfortable and well appointed. I actually think the room was nicer than it appears in the photos on the website. We found the staff to all be very helpful and gracious. I was worried about noise because it’s in a busy area, but the windows were excellent and kept everything quiet. The location is amazing, and we were able to walk easily to many attractions. I would definitely stay again, and have recommended it to others.

Highly recommend the suites, especially if you are group. The suite was nicely decorated and felt fresh. We had a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one was a sofa bed that was much more comfortable than a typical sofa bed). Room had a nespresso machine and a mini bar with soft drinks that are complimentary. Breakfast selection not huge, but as someone who does not eat a lot in the morning, not an issue. Location is really unmatched. if you enjoy walking you can literally get to any attraction. We even walked to tje vatican which is about 45 min walk, but a really nice walk. Trevi and spanish steps are within 10 min. If you are not a big walker, there is a metro around the corner. Check in at the hotel around the corner was quick and smooth and service in general very friendly and accomodating. The only negative i can think of is that there are some noises (steps, running water) that you hear feom adjacent rooms. Didnt bother us in terms of sleeping. Definitely will stay here again.

The rooms and location are ok but... The staff scammed on the parking fees. They said the price of the parking was X and when I checked out they asked almost 4 times that. After the discussion I accepted to pay the price and in that moment the classic scam happened again: “we only accept cash and we don’t give a receipt for this payment”.
