Everything at this hotel is 10 out of 10, Julia and the Syrian guy were very helpful to us, the servers who served us breakfast all were amazing from the Romanian gentleman to the Russian lady to the Portuguese lady to the Swedish lady all the stuff was great and execute my fish memories when it comes to the names of the people.
Nice location, but a bit too far from town to walk. We were initially given a tiny, downright unpleasant room with a small TV and a dismal view. However, after we complained, we were upgraded to a splendid deluxe room for just 800 SEK more (for two people). Staff were very helpful and service-minded. Fantastic beds, great view, and a nice included breakfast. The only drawback was that (pricey) restaurant only had one vegetarian option. Would recommend.
A few of the rooms seem a bit worn, which is fine but I wouldn't be paying this price if it was my money. I guess people come here mainly for the location though. The staff is nice. The main reason for writing this review is that the wifi is terrible and I'm trying to kill time whilst youtube is buffering. Though it turns out even this was too much for the wifi and I had to switch to mobile data.
