I LOVE THIS HOTEL...THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE
Very good location (close to Kilimanjaro express bus station, forex exchange and supermarket). Good wifi and good accommodation. However, in two nights stay, there were parties (one at the hotel) that lasted very long. Service at the restaurant was also very slow.. to eat one dish, I had to wait for two hours. Food is prepared at that moment, which helps the low speed, despite being fresh... Overall it was a good choice
I was very unhappy with the stay at the hotel. No back up generator we were unable to charge our devices . No choice of breakfast only one type of meal chapati and a fried egg and tea with sugar. Water was disconnected no water in the bathrooms for a whole day given cold water to shower. No tolieteries we had to ask for them. No towels after taking the one towel provided in a double room after this the drama they gave us a damp towel. After all this we were not offered any discount on the hotel bill. I would not advise anyone to stay in this hotel.
