Sterling City Centre Bokaro

The rooms, location and food everything is really wonderful. Was doubtful if I would get good vegetarian food in a tier2/3 city but Sterling clearly surpasses my expectations. The hospitality is beyond words. Would recommend to stay and specially have dinner buffet if in Bokaro!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The room was luxurious and well-maintained, earning a 5-star rating. However, the food was just average, scoring 3 stars. The location was decent.

I have been a regular guest with Morpho, and I have always had a pleasant experience in the past. However, during my most recent booking on [18-03-25], I had an unfortunate encounter with one of your staff members, Mr. Rajive Jah. Mr. Jah’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and, to be honest, quite rude. As a customer, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, which is not the kind of experience I expect from a hotel that prides itself on customer service. I was truly disappointed with how I was treated. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that corrective measures can be taken. I have always had a great experience with Morpho, and I would appreciate it if you could ensure that all staff members uphold the high standards of professionalism and respect that guests deserve.
